Cancellation & Studio Policies

At Reflexology with Cara, I value your time and your commitment to your health journey. These policies ensure that I can continue to provide dedicated, high-quality care to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Booking Your Session

Appointments can be booked through my online portal, email or texting (see Contact page for info). You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.  If this is  your first session please come prepared to complete a Health intake form which includes list of medications.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reflexology session. This allows me sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client on the waiting list. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

To respect the schedule of all clients, your treatment will end on time, even if it begins late. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next appointment can begin promptly, and the full service fee will still apply.

No-Show Policy

Missing an appointment without any prior notification is considered a "no-show." In these instances, the full cost of the scheduled service will be applicable.

Refunds

Prices for all reflexology treatments and service packages are non-refundable. My goal is to support your wellness through balanced, natural therapy; if you have any questions or concerns about your session experience, please let me know immediately so we can address them.

Special Circumstances & Illness

I understand that emergencies and illness can occur. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. For the health and safety of our clinic community, I may waive late cancellation fees for genuine emergencies at my discretion.

Privacy Policy

This Page is Under Construction

A legal disclaimer

The explanations and information provided on this page are only general and high-level explanations and information on how to write your own document of a Privacy Policy. You should not rely on this article as legal advice or as recommendations regarding what you should actually do, because we cannot know in advance what are the specific privacy policies you wish to establish between your business and your customers and visitors. We recommend that you seek legal advice to help you understand and to assist you in the creation of your own Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy - the basics

Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
